1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting content, or otherwise using the WATCH. CHANGE. platform (the "Service"), operated by BA Media Group, LLC, a California limited liability company located at 9434 Chesapeake Dr., Ste. 1205, San Diego, CA 92123 ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a membership, or otherwise use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

This age requirement applies to using the Service as a member. It does not apply to appearing as a guest in a Coaching Session or story episode — minors may appear as guests only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, obtained through our Guest Media Release process before any recording takes place.

3. Description of the Service

WATCH. CHANGE. is a coaching and content platform offering:

  • Free access to coaching session video content ("WATCH.")
  • Paid membership tiers offering Interactive Change Sessions, progress tracking, live Q&A, masterclasses, and community access ("CHANGE.")
  • A limited-enrollment cohort membership offering direct group and individual coaching access ("EXPERIENCE.")

Membership tiers, pricing, and included features are described at watchchange.com/upgrade and may change from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify current members of material changes before they take effect.

4. Not Medical, Psychological, Financial, or Legal Advice

Note for Marlon/attorney: this section exists because Coach G personally chooses to share his own health history (2007 terminal diagnosis, transplant wait, 2013 cardiac arrest/coma) as part of his own story — not because the brand relies on medical stories more broadly, and not because guests or members share health information through the Service. Worth attorney input on whether this needs more specific language addressing Coach G's personal disclosures specifically, or a reference to state coaching-licensure rules, given coaching is lightly regulated compared to therapy/medicine.

WATCH. CHANGE. provides coaching — guidance oriented toward goals, decisions, and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, or legal counsel. Nothing on the Service should be understood as diagnosing, treating, or curing any condition.

Coach G's personal story — including his medical history — is shared as his own lived experience. It is not a representation, warranty, or guarantee that any other person will have similar results, medical outcomes, or experiences from using the Service.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. The Service is not equipped to provide emergency support.

5. Membership, Billing, and Cancellation

  • WATCH. is free; no payment method is required.
  • CHANGE. and EXPERIENCE. are paid, recurring subscriptions billed monthly through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund policy: You may request a refund of your most recent membership charge within 30 days of that charge date, regardless of how long you've been a member. We do not issue refunds for charges older than 30 days — continued billing without a cancellation request is treated as confirmation that you wanted to continue using the Service during that period. To cancel your membership or request a refund, email [email protected].
  • EXPERIENCE. membership: acceptance into a cohort is confirmed through our application process at watchchange.com/experience. Group session dates are tied to cohort scheduling and may vary; individual coaching access (a 1:1 session and direct email access to Coach G) begins upon acceptance regardless of group session timing.

6. User Content and Guest Story Submissions

If you submit a story, application, or other content to be featured in a Coaching Session or story episode (including through "Share Your Story" or "Get Coached by Coach G"):

  • You grant WATCH. CHANGE. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to record, edit, publish, distribute, and promote that content — including your name, likeness, and voice — across any current or future media format (video, audio, social media, marketing materials, etc.).
  • You understand and agree that your session or story will be shared publicly — this is a core, disclosed purpose of participating, not an incidental use.
  • You may withdraw consent for a submission that has not yet been published by contacting [email protected]; once published, removal is at our discretion and not guaranteed.
  • If you are a minor, this section applies only with the written consent of your parent or legal guardian, provided through our Guest Media Release process.

Guests appearing in a Session also sign a separate Guest Media Release, which governs the specific terms of that appearance.

7. Your Responsibility for What You Say

You are solely responsible for anything you post, submit, or say through the Service — including community posts, Live Q&A questions, guest applications, and anything you share in a Coaching Session or story episode. You represent and warrant that your statements are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the lawful right to disclose any information you share, including information about your own health or personal history and information concerning any third party you may reference or describe.

We do not investigate, fact-check, or verify the accuracy of anything a user or guest says or submits, and we have no practical means of doing so.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BA Media Group, LLC, Coach G, and affiliated staff from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your own statements or submissions — including but not limited to claims of defamation, libel, slander, false light, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized disclosure of private, medical, or otherwise sensitive information about yourself or a third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content — video, written material, the WATCH. CHANGE. name, logo, and branding — is owned by BA Media Group, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Service content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing as intended by your membership tier.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or membership access with anyone not entitled to it
  • Attempt to access content or features beyond your membership tier
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Coach G, staff, or other members, including in any community or live Q&A feature

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BA MEDIA GROUP, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BA Media Group, LLC, Coach G, and affiliated staff from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. This is in addition to, and does not limit, the specific indemnification in Section 7 covering your own statements and submissions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Note for Marlon/attorney: AAA arbitration with a class-action waiver is a common, reasonable default for a consumer subscription business, but arbitration clause enforceability rules — and any required opt-out mechanism — shift over time and vary by exact wording. This should be confirmed against current California law before publishing, not treated as settled just because it's written as full sentences below rather than a bracket.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in San Diego County, California, or may be conducted by phone, video, or in writing at the arbitrator's discretion. You and BA Media Group, LLC each waive the right to bring claims as part of a class action or in a representative capacity.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email.
