Account information: name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for a membership.

Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number ourselves.

Coaching and progress information: responses you provide in Interactive Change Sessions, progress tracking, and check-ins, tied to your account.

Guest and story submission information: if you apply to appear in a Coaching Session or story episode, we collect what you submit through that application, including personal history you choose to share — and, once you appear on camera, your name, likeness, voice, and the content of what you say, governed separately by our Guest Media Release.

Community and communication information: questions submitted through Live Q&A, posts in any community feature, and correspondence with us.

Usage information: standard analytics about how you use the Service (pages visited, features used), collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service, including delivering Coaching Sessions, Interactive Change Sessions, and membership features
To process payments and manage your subscription
To communicate with you about your account, new content, or changes to the Service
To improve the Service based on how it's actually used
To evaluate guest applications and, if you're selected, to produce and publish your Session

Kajabi, our membership and website platform, which processes account and payment information on our behalf
Vimeo, which hosts our video content

The Service is intended for use by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through normal use of the Service.

The one exception is guest appearances: a minor may appear in a Coaching Session or story episode only with a parent or legal guardian's written consent, collected through our Guest Media Release process. In that case, we collect the minor's information (and the parent/guardian's) only as needed for that specific, consented purpose.

6. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to:
